Market Conditions

The market is going through many changes. We are experiencing a shortage of inventory due to the demand of income producing properties. If the property is priced right it will sell in today’s market. Many factors effect value and not all investors/buyers have the same view of value; however, the fundamentals in determining a properties particular value remain constant. Once you have the value, pricing is extremely important and not be overlooked. We are no longer at the bottom of the market; furthermore, we will continue to see upward momentum in our real estate market. Now is a great time to buy and sell as the interest rates remain low and banks are lending on all property types. Please don’t hesitate to call or E-mail me if you have any questions. It would be my pleasure to help in any way with your real estate needs. “Treasure Coast Real Estate and Palm Beach County Real Estate”
